Neuropsychological Assessment & Treatment Services currently accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance.  No other insurances plans, including MassHealth, are accepted.  Clients who do not have BCBS may privately self-pay for their evaluations.  Interested parties should call for specifics of pricing.

Although Neuropsychological Assessment & Treatment Services currently accepts BCBS, each client is responsible for verifying applicable coverage with their insurance carrier and will be held responsible for payment of any portions not covered by their insurance carrier, including without limitation amounts denied by the insurance carrier, applicable co‑payments and deductibles, late cancellation/no-show fees, and the optional academic testing portion of an evaluation.
